Jacques Bashonga, from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, is an alumnus of the Peacebuilding Institute Never Again and the Aspire Leaders Program organized by Harvard University and the FXB USA Climate Advocates Program. He is the co-founder of Aid Life Learn Environment, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting victims of war, empowering women by fighting against discrimination, and promoting biodiversity in the DRC.

As a young leader and activist for change, Jacques is committed to combating climate change and eradicating discrimination in all its forms through education. His vision is to create a community where every voice can be heard, regardless of background, and to amplify the voices of the most vulnerable.
