Our flagship program, Changemaker Spotlight Program has been an incredible success so far since we began in May 2024. So far, we have spotlighted over 100 changemakers who are working tirelessly towards achieving the SDGs by 2030. The idea behind this program is to celebrate and highlight the incredible achievements of these changemakers from different parts of the globe including: Africa, Europe, Asia, North America, South America, Australia and Oceania.
Through this program, we have learned about the motivations behind their organizations and initiatives, the obstacles they faced and continue to face and the outstanding impact their work has made in the years they have been operating.

During these hourly sessions, our esteemed guest speakers have the opportunity to offer presentations or engage in a Q&A on selected topics in their area of expertise.
These webinars also provide us at GAN the opportunity to learn from these professionals and appreciate their work from an organization’s point of view and also have the opportunity to have these professionals as part of our membership.

Our fortnight-based Twitter Spaces was initiated as a means to give diverse changemakers the opportunity to share their work and most importantly knowledge surrounding the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) including global health, climate change, sustainable cities & communities, gender equality, education among others.
During these sessions, we engage with these changemakers, activists and leaders on an informal basis (Q&A basis), getting to know them on a more personal level, the challenges faced in the course of their work and how they have overcome or are overcoming them.
There is also an opportunity for our attendees to engage with our guest speakers – an opportunity to learn from their years of experience & knowledge gained and network. Following our twitter spaces, our speakers have the opportunity to have these changemakers as part of our membership.
Our fortnightly Twitter Spaces provide a platform for diverse changemakers to share their work and insights on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), covering topics like global health, climate change, gender equality, and education. These informal Q&A sessions allow for personal engagement, exploring challenges and solutions in their work.
Attendees can interact directly with guest speakers, gaining knowledge and networking opportunities. After the sessions, speakers may also be invited to join our network as members.

This series focuses on established/experienced activists and changemakers offering a word of motivation/encouragement to a young person who wants to make an impact in their community but may be confused or not know where to start from. It also includes what they wish they knew when they entered the social impact space. We will invite a wide range of changemakers to participate in this initiative which promises to be inspiring and impactful!
