Ogechi is a dedicated child development professional with extensive experience in education, program coordination, and health advocacy. As a Child Health and Nutrition Officer, she has led significant community health initiatives and held leadership roles in various organizations. She co-founded Ilera’a Mi, impacting over 1000 children on health topics and co-authoring an activity book that reached over 900 kids. In an underserved community, she provided quality education to 27 children, enhancing their self-confidence and learning outcomes through exchange programs, resulting in a 50% increase in academic performance.

Through several initiatives children received learning materials, school uniforms, were introduced to the use of technology and two students received scholarships to further their secondary school education. She also co-trained teachers in the school on how to use technology such as tablets to increase efficiency in results uploading and grading.Additionally, she educated women on breast cancer awareness with the Know Your Lemons Foundation, contributing to early detection and reduced mortality rates. As an African Matters Ambassador, she advocated for community development projects, impacting over 300 children.
