Patricia’s work and side projects have focused on diplomacy, migration, global rights, and international relations, both in Canada and globally. As a Canadian, she developed a project called “Canada’s Diversity,” designed to engage youth in interactive discussions, sharing multi-generational perspectives, and fostering a deeper understanding of the historic journey and importance of migration, diversity, and inclusion in Canada. Globally, Patricia has pursued her passion for diplomacy, representing Canada at the UN Youth Assembly, International Youth Conference, Global Diplomatic Conference, UN Romania, and numerous other international forums. In these arenas, she elevated her voice in international dialogues and advocated for future generations.
Recently, Patricia was invited by the Institute of Cultural Diplomacy to represent Canada at the United Nations. Her work in migration and her passion for international affairs hold significant importance, especially in today’s interconnected world, where issues such as migration, diversity, and inclusion are at the forefront of global discussions. Through her engagement in international dialogues and diplomatic efforts, Patricia has aimed to foster understanding and cooperation among nations to address the challenges and harness the opportunities presented by migration.
In 2024, Patricia was appointed as Director of the International Youth Conference, collaborating with reputed organizations including UN-Habitat, AFS Intercultural Programs, the Civil Society Unit of the UN Department of Global Communications, IOM UN Migration, and more. Currently, she works for the Government of Canada in the migration and international affairs field as a Case Processing Officer.
