In a world where access to education remains a privilege for many, my work reflects a commitment to Sustainable Development Goal 4: Quality Education. This goal transcends mere access; it embodies the pursuit of lifelong learning opportunities and the essential skills necessary for success in today’s interconnected world.

My Journey: Bridging the Education Gap

Inspired by the transformative story of Super 30, I have dedicated years to teaching soft skills to groups of marginalized students across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities in India. These skills, often viewed as luxuries, are vital for effective communication and personal growth. I have mentored more than 50,000 individuals, the journey is full of ups & downs, learnings & unlearnings.

Lessons from the Margins: The Real Educators

Through this journey, I have learned that the most profound insights often come from those society overlooks. Many of my students, facing socio economic challenges, exhibit extraordinary resilience and adaptability. They communicate in ways that transcend words, revealing the hidden power of emotional intelligence – an aspect of education that traditional systems often neglect.

My own experiences with mental health have shaped my understanding of the critical role emotional resilience plays in education. Therapy has taught me to decode the signals I send and receive, highlighting that emotional well-being is foundational to learning and growth. This insight fuels my passion for fostering environments where students can thrive academically and personally.

As I continue my work across over 40 schools and chairing 100+ Model UN simulations, I remain committed to advocating for the integration of soft skills into educational curricula. This endeavour not only enhances workplace readiness but also enriches life skills – ultimately contributing to a more equitable society.
