In Nigeria, at the University of Ilorin, Goodness excelled as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant, teaching advanced courses like Quantum Mechanics and Solid-State Physics. His teaching led to over 80% of students significantly improving their academic performance. His exceptional teaching skills were recognized when he was awarded "Tutor of the Year" by the National Association of Physics Students (NAPS) in 2021.

Internationally, at ITMO University in Russia, he served as a Teaching Assistant and Co-Lead for the FLiPa program, where he taught science communication to physics and bioengineering students.
