As an educator, human cause ambassador, filmmaker, actor, author, poet, and storyteller, he has dedicated his multifaceted talents to transforming lives across the globe. As the founder of “Team Bertho,” a globally recognized youth organization established in 2016, Murshidul has been uniting diverse communities for 9+ years by sharing and celebrating individually crafted human life stories. Under his guidance, Team Bertho has touched lives across 81 countries.

Murshidul has received numerous distinctions for his work, including The Diana Award, Asia's Top 10 Young Talents, Bloom’s 30 Under 30, Top 50 Coolest South Asians of 2022, Global Youth Awards for Educational Innovation, The Points of Light Inspiration Honor Roll, 50 Leading Lights Asia Pacific, Kindness in Education Award, Fellowship at The Queen's Commonwealth Trust, & UNICEF Meena Media Award.

Beyond Team Bertho, Murshidul serves as a Human Cause Ambassador at AwareNow Media, Marketing & Social Media Lead at Million Peacemakers, and Doha Debates Ambassador, facilitating dialogue on global issues. In 2024, he co-founded Daak Chithi, reviving handwritten letters, and Project Amra, supporting orphaned youth with skill-building and entrepreneurship.

His work aligns with the UN SDGs, particularly Good Health, Quality Education, Gender Equality, and Reduced Inequalities.
