Inspired by the alarming effects of climate change, Yatharth joined the Cauvery Calling initiative in grade 9. Driven by a vision to restore the Cauvery River through reforestation, he has raised $4300, supported by over 485 donors, to plant more than 8,500 trees. His dedication to sustainable agriculture and combating climate change reflects his deep concern for the environment.
Yatharth's commitment extends to improving education through Isha Vidhya. Believing in the transformative power of education, he has raised $300 to enhance opportunities for rural children. His passion for this cause is rooted in the belief that education can break the cycle of poverty and empower individuals.
Yatharth's influence reaches far and wide. He has engaged over 600 students in his school community, more than 150 school staff, neighbors, family, and relatives, and also using social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram to spread awareness and share his fundraising link. His ability to mobilize support both online and offline has been instrumental in garnering widespread community involvement.
