Pascal Peve Zoumanigui is a results-driven finance professional and passionate youth leader from Guinea, known for his unwavering commitment to advancing educational equity and youth empowerment in underserved communities. With a professional background in Accounting, Control, and Audit, and extensive experience in financial leadership roles, Pascal merges strategic thinking with grassroots impact to drive lasting change.

As the Founder and Team Lead at Zoumanigui Foundation, Pascal leads community-centered outreach programs designed to tackle the root causes of educational inequality in rural areas. His organization has successfully deployed trained teachers, distributed essential learning materials, redesigned outdated curricula, and provided daily meals to students in remote communities—reaching over 100 students in 3 rural schools and improving their academic performance significantly.

His work is deeply personal. Having faced educational hardship as a child—often missing school due to hunger and inadequate classrooms—Pascal is determined to ensure no child in Guinea endures the same. His long-term vision includes constructing 5 new classrooms and delivering school meals to over 200 children, ensuring that education is not only accessible but also dignified and empowering.

As a Youth Ambassador at the World Leaders Consortium, Pascal advocates for youth inclusion in policy dialogue, education reform, and leadership development. He contributes to global conversations and action frameworks that center African voices in the pursuit of equitable progress.

Pascal also serves as an Educational Development Practitioner with Guinean Youth International Merit, where he leads a team of 80+ volunteers. Under his leadership, learning outcomes in targeted schools improved from 12% to 46%, showcasing the transformative power of local youth-led action.

From the grassroots to global platforms, Pascal embodies the next generation of African changemakers—merging strategy, compassion, and lived experience to redefine what inclusive and transformative leadership looks like.
