Victoria James is an Eco-Climate Zealot who is passionate about Climate Change and environmental sustainability. She is an advocate and a youth leader dedicated to driving meaningful change. As the General Legal Counsel for JCIN FUNAAB, she plays a pivotal role in educating young leaders on governance, parliamentary procedures, and policy advocacy. 

She previously served as the Local Organization President, where she led initiatives empowering youth in leadership and civic engagement. Beyond leadership, Victoria is an active volunteer with YOUNGO, the youth constituency under the UNFCCC. Through this platform, she contributes to global climate action, policy discussions, and youth-led sustainability initiatives.

She is also an active member of several climate and environmental organizations within and beyond Nigeria, contributing to collaborative efforts for sustainability and environmental justice.

Her advocacy extends to content creation, where she leverages her influence on LinkedIn to educate and engage a growing audience on climate action, leadership, and governance.

Victoria’s impact has been recognized internationally—she was the first runner-up in the Ogun State Environmental Day Contest 2024 in Nigeria and was honored as an Eco Champion for the Earth by the UDAAN Youth Club, India. Her work has empowered young people through knowledge-sharing and climate advocacy which inspire action and foster change. She remains committed to creating a sustainable future by championing youth inclusion, climate resilience, and impactful leadership.
