Francesca Sophia Muñoz Caparo is an advocacy and community engagement professional working at the intersection of inclusion, rights and participation in Scotland and internationally.

Her work focuses on systemic change and expanding access for people who are often excluded from decision‑making. She is the Founder of Everyone’s Vote Matters Scotland, a civic participation initiative responding to the lack of clear, accessible and inclusive voting information for migrants and refugees, disabled people and young first‑time voters. The initiative addresses barriers to participation through accessible formats, multilingual resources and community‑led outreach.

Alongside this, Francesca works in the disability sector as a Sight Loss Council Coordinator, supporting lived‑experience‑led advocacy and national‑level engagement. She is also a Project Manager with the Latin American Community Association of Edinburgh, coordinating community‑led social enterprise projects focused on inclusion and representation.

Francesca holds governance roles, including as Co‑Convenor and Trustee of the Mamie Martin Fund, and has contributed to grassroots and international advocacy, including COP26 and United Nations‑affiliated platforms.
